For this week’s coffees we will be serving UK Roaster – Hasbean’s Coffees. All four of them are from the same farm, Finca Lemoncillo (the ‘llo’ is pronounced ‘yo’ I believe) and are the same varietal of Red Pacamara. Details as follows:

However, the difference is in the processing. Two of them are naturally processed, one pulp natural and the other washed, giving it different flavours. From strawberry and apricot for the naturals, the pulp natural has milk choc and the washed is citrus, floral and with pineapple.
We’ll be brewing them at Awesome Canteen on Thursday/Friday – 17rd and 18th of July from 12noon-4pm.
